[1] Centre of Expertise and knowledge transfer:  Leveraging on ExxonMobil Shutdown Management System and deliverables to write and develop shutdown maintenance procedures for  all ExxonMobil Upstream Nigeria ( Mobil Producing Nigeria and Esso Exploration & Production Nigeria Ltd)  platforms and deep water (FSOs and FPSOs) installations for all Maintenance projects to ensure safety of  personnel and equipment. [2] Co-ordinating and ensuring safe and flawless use of developed procedure during shutdown and start-up activities.. [3] Co-ordinating men and materials (operations and maintenance team, Engineering, Procurement, Logistics and warehouse) and facilitating daily/ weekly shutdown progress review meeting  during equipment/ plant revamp and restoration activities and issuing status reports to upper ExxonMobil management in Nigeria. [4] Coordinating and facilitating bi-weekly departmental safety meetings and presentations. [5] Participating in facilities management periodic safe walkthrough inspections for hazards hunts,  HSE performance reviews, and annual business base plan performance updates to EM upper management. [1] Managing CMO Safety/OIMS unit to ensure Safety, Health, Environmental and Regulatory Compliance  initiatives and programs are enforced in all ExxonMobil Upstream Nigeria locations. [2] Developing annual SHE plans, programs and employees SHE training needs and projections. Reporting periodic performance updates to ExxonMobil upper management. [3]Performing contractors prequalification screening, facilitating Contractors Safety Forum for over 800#  ExxonMobil Vendors.  [4] Liaising, interfacing and advising CMO sectional heads and the Projects department on SHE related events, (hazards reports, investigated incidents, training expectations, safety meetings, regulatory and facilities audits and KPIs)  to ensure that their day to day operational safety challenges are resolved. [5] Co-ordinating, developing close-out strategies, managing risks and analyzing incident trends during production and after facilities shutdown. [6.] Participating in contractors   kick-off meetings, supervising pre-mobilization activities, periodic audits and inspections of over 800# CMO Contractors to ensure that ExxonMobil safe work practices are observed in all their activities.  [7.] Providing leadership, training, coaching and mentoring to ExxonMobil CMO employees and staff under my unit. [8.] Preparing and managing staff appraisals and  budgeting to align with ExxonMobil annual business plans and expectations. [1]Planning, Participating/Leading in facilities risk assessment /HAZID, HAZOPS, PHAs   review sessions for  new and existing Projects. [2]Design/operating procedure review of Upstream Nigeria projects to ensure conformance with ExxonMobil Loss Prevention /Safety Engineering standards for new / modified facilities. [3] Liaising with Government agents (Department of Petroleum Resources) on facilities Safety audits/inspections, reviews and gap close-out sessions [4] Participating and leading Contractor Kick-off meetings, writing /reviewing of SHE operational procedures. [5] Developing and rolling out of Production Process Safety improvement initiatives and training the workforce. [6] Supervising, participating and Co-ordinating maintenance shut-down efforts, Pre Start-up Safety Reviews, in all platforms in Upstream Nigeria Operations to ensure safety of personnel and equipment. [7] Participating in Marine Support Vessels         pre-hire    inspections to ensure that seaworthy marine vessels are hired to support ExxonMobil Nigeria marine operations. [8] Leading/conducting Incident investigations, fire prevention trainings, risk reduction reviews and hazard identification, mitigation and control trainings for the workforce. [9] Interfacing with all departments in promoting Behavior Based Safety programs to ensure “Nobody gets Hurt” in all ExxonMobil operations. [1] Construction, Commissioning and start-up team member of the $1.3 billion US dollars Exxon-Mobil Yoho F.S.O and production platforms- offshore  Nigeria. [2] Supervising, Co-ordinating,controlling and monitoring all activities and operations on the YOHO Field related to Safety, Health, Environmental  & Security  protection. [3]Ensuring that all audit non-conformities are rectified and recommendations are addressed and closed out accordingly. [4] Acts as the Oil  Spill Response Co-ordinator in the event of any loss of containment and advising  the Yoho Superintendents of developments relating to clean-up activities. [5] Co-ordinating all emergency drills and fire protection exercises. [6] Reviewing and auditing all controlled ExxonMobil documents held on the FSO. [7] Leading all Tap Root investigations into incidents, near misses and accidents and ensuring corrective action is undertaken. [8] Hosting/attending all department safety meetings and following recommended action items to closure. [9] Developing & Progressing ExxonMobil Yoho FF Asset Level SHE Annual Business Plans & Strategies & benchmarking key focus areas.
