Question: What are your recommendations to improve the standards of journals publishing research articles on Humanistic Science?  Answer: Publishing a research paper in a peer-reviewed journal has become a very important and competitive activity within the academic community. In this respect, Journals should strictly adhere to publishing ethics and raise publishing standards. Papers which reflect high quality research that will advance science should be published. Research articles related to societal problems at the grass root level should be published. Any paper published should provide theoretical insight and disseminate knowledge to the academic community. Plagiarized articles must be avoided. Cross verification is essential and References need authentication.             Question: What are your recommendations to improve syllabus of Humanistic Science for more creativity, applications and opportunities? Answer: School/ college/ university course syllabus needs to be framed suitable to Indian context. Overall syllabus should take into account the standard western universities. Practical aspects of lab oriented studies must be given stress and the learner should draw practical knowledge of the working of machine tools. Syllabus should take into account the needs of industries. R&D must have an integral part in the overall frame work of the syllabus. Content which develops love among students for the environment and Concepts which make students self-employed are to be incorporated in the syllabus. Marketing of the projects also should be incorporated into the curriculum which develops entrepreneur skills among students.   Question: What is Humanistic Science? What are the major branches in Humanistic Science? Answer: Humanistic science studies the philosophical, biological, social, and cultural components of human life. The major branches in Humanistic Science are natural sciences, social sciences, and the humanities. Technology is the practical extension of the natural sciences. Humanities deal with law, history, languages (ancient & modern), Philosophy, history, religion, and visual/performing arts. Humanities are considered to be more philosophical than social sciences. The study of Humanistic Sciences increases our appreciation of the human world through a huge interdisciplinary approach. Question: What are your recommendations to frame guidelines on funding of research projects on Humanistic Science? Answer: High-quality scientific research which helps build a more humane society should be encouraged. Research Projects must be well tested before granting funds. The  research scholar's performance must be tested once in 90 days by an expert panel. Qualitative assessment of grant must be given due weightage. The outcome should have relevance   to the immediate need of the nation and the human race.  Question: How can universities produce revolutionary PhD and Post Doc thesis and dissertations on Humanistic Science? What are your recommendations to improve the academic standards? Answer:    Latest world need and human betterment should have the focal areas of research. Controversial topics must also have due recognition in the research domain. Revolutionary ideas and ideals needs encouragement. Post doctoral work should carry universal truth and ameliorating the peoples welfare. Universities must publish all theses under their banner.                  Question: How can students seek job and career opportunities in Humanistic Science? Answer: Studying a humanities discipline includes shifting beyond the search for the instantaneous and pragmatic; it opens one to the examination of the entirety of the human condition and encourages one to grapple with complicated societal issues ever-present in life. As the discipline of Humanistic Science is significant for the development of the society, job and career opportunities are very abundant. It’s a general belief that science deals with facts and humanities deals with values. Nobody can imagine a society without facts and values. This makes humanistic science graduates’ role very significant in the society. Question: What job titles are available in Humanistic Science? Answer: Professor, Assistant Professor, Adjunct Professor, and Lecturer in all the Humanistic Science disciplines. Question: What are your recommendations to improve employment and scope in this sector? Answer: My recommendations:  Industries and other organizations should give opportunities to humanistic science graduates on par with technical graduates  National sectors should give priority to the best talents emanating from the universities. International employment zone needs to be created by the State under pertinent exchange programme.  The government should focus on the sustenance of degree colleges.  At least one foreign language, other than English, should be taught as a discipline.  Course content should be kept changing at every semester.  Universities need to function as students caretaker till such time they nestle.
